OUR PRODUCTS
Four-way pallets are made using several different components including top and bottom deck boards, stringers, stringer blocks, and boards. Four-way pallets provide much more flexibility since the forklift can lift them from the back, front or either side. Four-way pallets are ideal for stacking or loading onto freight trucks and allow for optimum use of storage space.
Two-way pallets are manufactured with 3 basic components e.g. lower deck board, top deck board and side bearer. They are referred to as “two-way” because it’s only possible for forklift trucks to enter them from the front or back. Two-way pallets are of the same high quality as any other pallet that we produce and are relatively cheaper. However, manoeuvrability is limited because the forklift only has two points of entry. If making the best use of space in a warehouse is of optimum concern or the pallets are going to be loaded as freight, the better choice would be four-way pallets.
We manufacture all types of bespoke wooden crates and wooden boxes based on the custom needs of our customers. We also consult with them in terms of product dimensions, product weight, container handling, storage, etc. in order to design and manufacture the most efficient design of wooden crates & wooden boxes.
